Garden Grove Mobile Home Park

The management here seems to be much more realistic on running the park and creating rules than an owner of other mobile home neighborhoods in Coaldale. People speak highly of him. The lot rent is less expensive and are just as big. Also, they seem to do what they say they will. (Unlike other mobile home parks). There are some older homes, but the yards seem to be kept up with well.

This is part of the land the town of coaldale stole from my dad.

Great place to live if you don't have a dog

Nice little mobile home park but owners are to uptight so it lacks that friendly neighbourhood feeling
