I chose to incorporate my first company with David at AllIncorporated.ca and found the whole process to be quite easy and streamlined. David was prompt, professional, and quite thorough. He answered my questions in detail, and guided me through all of the critical steps I needed to take in order to build my business on a solid foundation. The whole package (and modern online document services) are fantastic value for the money, and I will not hesitate to recommend David to anyone who wishes to start up their own business.

David has been my business lawyer for over a decade. I live in a different city, so all of our interactions are over phone, e-mail and Skype. Despite not meeting face to face, the quality and level of service has always been excellent. Being able to work together remotely, rather than having to schedule meetings in person, has made it much easier and more convenient to deal with my lawyer. I highly recommend trying these guys out. You won't be disappointed.

I wanted to register my corporation in Alberta (presently in BC) in order to take on new work. As a sole practitioner, I don't like going to larger companies, and feel that working with smaller organizations is better suited to my needs. David provided prompt service and was knowledgable while being very easy to deal with
