Glenwood Radiology Spruce Grove

Fantastic experience today at Glenwood Radiology in SG. Very friendly reception staff that helped pass the time while waiting for appointment with some great conversation. The shared triage out front was straightforward and efficient.

I had an apt today for an ultrasound. I traveled 40 min to get here because I had a great experience my last pregnancy at the other location and this one ended up being a tad closer and from my last experience I would do the drive. I showed up.. naturally with covid theres extra measures that are being taken however to come to my apt be stuck in a line to get my temp checked then STILL being stuck waiting to be sent to a tablet to check in along with my temp info and finally passing triage to get to the ultrasound area and being stuck in ANOTHER line because there's 1 employee behind the desk talking to other people and 2 more ahead of me and stopping to answer incoming calls a bit past 17 min ended up passing and its FINALLY my turn after patiently waiting and excited for my apt I was told I could not be seen as it was 15 min past. I arrived early and was taken in late I have kids I have to arrange to be watched because I'm told I cannot bring my now 8 month old in while my oldest is in school even though someone else showed up with a 2 year old for their apt and I overheard their check in the child was not a patient. This was extremely inconvenient my last experience here 3 weeks ago was not pleasant however thought it wouldn't be fair to not give a second chance. after today I will go to my rescheduled apt and will not return for the rest of my screenings and will go else where. I have been to the doctors multiple times since covid that are much busier and have not been taken in late and forced to reschedule so I am not happy that I was punished because you guys don't have a practical solution to control any spread of this virus within this facility.

The lady doctor( radiologist) was very caring and gentle..she explained everything in details and made meame comfortable.. front staff were nice too.. :)
