flate rate taxi st albert was very accommodating and helpful! We were out hiking and needed picked up in a spot that was difficult to get to, and the driver made it happen. We also had to change the time of our pick up and the driver was very accommodating. We’re very appreciative and would definitely recommend this cab service!

i got them from St Albert and i was in morinville for a night and toured around and used these guys when i went places. The drivers were really good to me and my friend! Super happy with these guys, i even lost my phone in the taxi and didnt know till i was back home and they called my friend and emailed me and did so much to help me get my phone, nice to know there is still good and loyal people in the world!! And again i appreciate all you guys did for me!
Flat Rate Taxi was really there for my family when we were in a bind, basically stranded at Edmonton Airport with all our belongings, needing to get to the St Albert during pandemic .They were such professionals. The dispatcher was so helpful and accommodating, sent us the best driver, too; an incredibly patient and kind individual who really helped us out and got us to our destination safe and sound. I'm so thankful that I called Flat Rate St Albert Cabs. Five stars!✨✨
I called for a cab at 4:27AM and was told it would be 15-20 minutes. I called back 30 minutes later to ask if the driver was still on their way and he showed up at 5:01AM. I understand there can be delays but am disappointed that the wait time was so far off. I'd rather if they told me it would be a 30 minute wait so I could make other arrangements or call another service. Not the first time and probably won't be the last time this happens but not an awesome way to start the day.
The driver was extremely unsafe. He sped the entire way, didn't slow down to take turns, and was on his phone. My lunch kit was sliding off the back seat.
I've taken Flat Rate Taxi before, multiple times, from the exact same pick up to the exact same drop off and it's always been $10. This morning I was charged $16. I asked if that was right and apparently the prices change all of the time, which I would have fought more if I wasn't already late for work.
Super disappointed with my service today. If it wasn't for my other trips I would have given a 1-Star rating.
