I made contact with CSN Innisfail through less than optimal circumstances. My brand new car had less than 200km on it when I encountered wildlife on the highway at full speed. Nicole from first contact was very helpful at arranging for vehicle pickup and keeping me updated throughout the entire repair. Richard was also great at making contact with full details when timelines were adjusted so that I was fully informed and comfortable with the progress being made to make sure that my vehicle was properly and meticulously put back together. If I ever need work done again on one of my vehicles I know that I would go back to CSN Innisfail without hesitation.

I was well received by Richard and the gang when I brought my vehicle in for auto body repairs. They were very courteous and professional. I even received numerous text messages from Richard updating me on where the repairs were at. The finished work was outstanding. When dealing with an insurance repair claim they did a fabulous job of keeping me informed of where things were at, explaining what was being done and what needed to be done. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, prompt, and curious and went out of their way to make sure all of my questions were answered. Would defiantly recommend them !
