James is one of the best physios around. I have been seeing James for years and because of him I have been able to put off knee surgery and hip surgery, by doing the exercises he suggested. He is so kind, so friendly, and so professional. I cannot say one bad thing about him. You want someone who is amazing and will get you back to feeling great again, go see James.

My physio therapist Kelsey Hupka is the best one I’ve ever had, I actually followed her from the fort Saskatchewan clinic because she goes above and beyond. She is very professional, you can see she cares. Would 100% recommend Kelsey for any type of injury. Front desk staff at this location could be more polite and professional, but that has nothing to do with how good the physiotherapists are.

I have been seeing Taylor for the past six months following my ACL surgery. Taylor is very professional and knowledgeable. His calm demeanour made me feel comfortable and he always took the time to answer my questions or address any concerns. I am so greatful I had the opportunity to see him throughout my rehab.

I started seeing Taylor a few months ago for chronic shoulder pain - torn labrum. My expectations when I first saw Taylor were pain management while I waited for surgery as that was something that was discussed with me by a specialist in Edmonton. Within months I was able to strengthen my shoulder without any setbacks, and when I received my MRI it showed that my labrum was healed due to the physiotherapy I received from Taylor. I am now using my shoulder/arm for the first time in years, and have noticed increased strength and stability and overall an improved quality of life. Taylor is very easy-going, extremely knowledgeable and is always available if you have any questions or concerns. Taylor would be #1 on my list for physiotherapists in the Edmonton and St. Albert area. Additionally, the facility has very good COVID guidelines that make you feel safe every time you visit!

I have a head injury i acquired on Feb 7 of 2020. I was able to find Active Physio online and they are on spot for mtbi(mild traumatic brain injury) as well as concussion treatment. I have been in therapy at this facility for 4 months and unimaginable progress was made in my condition. I still have a long way to go. However , since my therapist was able to diagnose my condition, and as a result , I am now on the path to complete recovery. I had lost hope. In the sincerest of meaning! I, after having been diagnosed do now have that hope back. This is not a fluff piece. Hope wasnt just handed back to me. I had to work very hard and will have to continue to work very hard to recover.but its doable. Its going to happen. And my condition would still be without a diagnosis without the help of these people and this facility. Thats a fact! If your serious about healing, i highly recommend if you are in any pain whatsoever. You need to see a therapist. This was my first experience with a therapist. I was skeptical at first. I am now preaching the rewards of therapy. Get help, heal, and live life again. What a gift. Thank you to you all.
