Shoppers Drug Mart

Called this place for my prescriptions to be refilled, had to get 5 refilled, but the gal said I never had 1 of the prescriptions, I told her they have it at Stony Plain Wellness, she said she would call them and get ALL of my prescriptions sent over, live out of town a hour away, and had someone pick up the prescription, I do not trust shoppers so told the person to make sure they have 5 prescriptions there, she called me and said they only had 4. So I called them back and sure it was the same gal I spoke to because she sounded in such a rush, I explained to her that they only had 4 prescriptions and that I am out and need this blood thinner they are missing, she told me she will call back to Stony Plain Wellness and get my prescriptions sent over. I had enough of these rude inconsiderate people at Shoppers in Stony Plain and will take my business to some place else.

I was picking up a prescription for Ozempic injectable for the first time and asked the gal how do I do it. My doctor told me the pharmacist would show me how. The girl that served me told me the instructions would show me how, and they were in with the medicine. I was not impressed and a little nervous about giving myself an injection. I may move my prescription elsewhere. Thanks

Great Pharmacy Team very knowledgeable and very friendly, they are always ready To answer questions, staff is very Helpful, great service and someone always ready to lend a hand.

Initially started coming here 2 years ago when the Safeway across the parking lot (which had been my go-to pharmacy all my life) couldn't get the benefits from my then new employer to work. Recently with all that's going on my doctor has started doing telecom visits and faxing prescriptions over. My doctor faxed over a prescription after 4:30 and it was ready to go by the time I got there at just after 5. I went to pick up the same asthma prescription for my mom who refuses to change from Safeway only hers was faxed over at noon and still wasn't ready. Told it Wouldn't be ready till the next day. So it looks like she's finally ready to convert. The postal outlet is open later than than the main office downtown too so that's a bonus too, can get my amazon parcel without worrying about porch pirates and my prescription at the same time!

Been there a few times. Not a fan what so ever. Shoppers stores seem to be having a problem with customer service. This store also thinks customer service is not needed. No need to be so grumpy. I guess they think they are a big enough chain store there is not going appreciate customers.
