Great staff! I was using the self checkout today and an item was scanning incorrect. The staff member supervising promptly corrected the issue and was so friendly and polite!!!

Never have advertised sale products. Easy to put products on sale and then have none on the shelf. Happens way too often for the Sherwood Park Mall location. Poor management and poor service.

I visited this location today to get a prescription for my son. Had I not already been to 4 pharmacy’s and none had the compound in stock I would’ve turned around and left. The pharmacist who helped me was wearing her mask only covering her mouth with her nose fully exposed. For a pharmacy that is performing Covid 19 testing and the pharmacists can’t don their PPE properly is quite concerning. She was the female pharmacist on staff today around 11am. Please address your staff at this location on proper PPE donning and doffing. Signed a front line healthcare worker.

Hopefully this is the same shoppers that moved in next door. Christmas rush at the mall is enough to make anyone grumpy but not the cashier I had today. She noticed I was buying flu medication and wished that I feel better. Let me know how good some candies I was buying were and her over all professionalism and politeness were both stellar. Solid experience.
