The Pharmacy - they are on the ball. Spoke and dealt with Ryan. He knew exactly what I was asking for on the phone, he was empathetic, got me a fast answer, offered the text option....quick and awesome. I also dealt with a gal that explained how to use a monitor...she was also very knowledgeable, patient and on the ball. Really great team.

I always have the best customer service from this branch! Special mention to Carmen of the post office and Zachary at the main till. Everyone is so kind and friendly. It's always a pleasant experience in this Rexall branch.

Post office is supposed to open at 9 a.m. Apparently only one person can open the postal area and she didn't bother to show up until 9:15! Ridiculous. They should train more people, they should lose the Canada Post outlet and/or she should lose her job! She didn't even bother to apologize to the 4 people in line waiting!

Great Pharmacy and lots of selection on items. Fairly clean, and staff are helpful and respectful when treated fairly. Advisable to check the best before dates on your items before you buy them just in case. Not sure how the return policies are but you can call them if you get curious. There is also a medi center located in the back of the store.

I have been going to this location for years and they are truly wonderful. Always friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond to assist you. Thank you guys so very much.
