Loblaw pharmacy

I was having problems with one of my prescriptions and one of the pharmacists, Sherri, was so great. Long story short, they couldnt just change me to another brand name of the prescription, I needed the doctor to write me a whole new prescription. I didn't have long to get it sorted out either. Sherri wrote down my concerns and the issuesand faxed it to the doctor, in hopes they could fax in a new prescription. Then later called to follow up with the doctor, then me to give an update, and explain when she would be at work next if I needed to follow up. Just, wow!! I would not have been able to contact my doctor like that, and I really appreciated the extra time and effort she put in to help me!

I've been coming here for 6 years and I feel I need to post the service I've had the last few times. The older lady with dark hair always makes you feel like you're an inconvenience everytime I come . Today they made a mistake filling my prescription and she was extremely rude to me that they had to fix it. I'm tired of her attitude and will be going elsewhere

Fantastic staff who are great at trying to save you the most on your prescriptions ... Especially the really expensive ones!

They are always so happy to help with whatever I need and are very pleasant and patient every time!

I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 10 years, and recently our drug plan changed to Costco. I am willing to pay the 10% at Loblaws because my loyalty lies with this pharmacy. We know each other by name and I trust these people with all my medications. I will not go anywhere else. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!
