Shoppers Drug Mart

Decided to move our prescriptions to be filled at this Shoppers and I’m glad I did. The Staff was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. They took extra time to explain everything and ensured everything was completed. Mia was so professional. Even when we picked up our prescriptions the pharmacist took time to talk to us and ensure we were happy. I hope they are this kind every time we come here.

I have been a long time customer of this shoppers. But there is one really crabby cosmetics women/ greeter I've never seen in a good mood or cheerful when greeting. This last time I entered, I was wearing my mask, a type you keep as a scarf. While on the phone I forgot to move it up when I entered. After being very aggressive about the fact I didn't have it on, while I fumbled to put it on after ending my call she stated I passed 2 signs at the entrance and just kept going on. I was clearly putting it on. I said I am putting it on, I just forgot because I was on the phone. Well she started mumbling who knows what, and rolling her eyes. Is this really what we are to expect now when we enter a store? I was completely compliant and never said I was going against the policy. It was a very simple mistake. But right now as a consumer, I won't let myself be attacked in a place I am going to shop and fill perscriptions. I left after telling the manager, and I really don't expect much to happen, I most definitely wasn't the first or last to be treated like that. I called once I left and transferred all my perscriptions to the pharmacy in the next complex. It is owned by a previous pharmacist and he was very happy and pleasant to see my business. Wearing masks everywhere is bad enough but to have an older lady who obviously shouldn't be greeting anyone, be completely rude and obviously angry, is too much.

The cosmetician old lady approached me before I enter the store and told me that my electric scooter is not allowed inside though I’m a regular customer there and I always bring my scooter with me. Nobody ever tells me that it is not allowed in the store, not even the cashier supervisor who I asked to find the product for me. I asked the Front cashier named ANNA if it’s not allowed inside, and she calmly explain everything to me and told me to ask one staff if I could leave it at the front which I don’t mind. But RUDELY APPROACHING YOUR CUSTOMERS EVEN BEFORE ENTERING THE STORE IS NOT A GOOD SIGN. 0 Star for that lady and 5 five stars to that cashier.

Very very friendly and always ready to help. Most of the time ,Post office at this location is usually busy but girls here always help with big smile specially in the evening these days. Thanks
