Walmart Pharmacy

I called the Emerald Hills Walmart Pharmacy on February 14 to ask how long the walk in times were and I was told 20 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later shortly after 2:00 in the afternoon to an empty waiting room and signed in. I sat, watched people come and go, and patiently waited in my seat dozing off from time to time. I didn't have my phone or a means to tell time, but it seemed to take very long and after a quick visit with Dr. Kester and arriving back home - I realized that I had been there for 3 hours. Dr. Kester was kind and thorough enough, however, the receptionist/assistant seemed to be rushed and lacking attention. I understand that under normal circumstances, waiting for a walk-in visit can take hours but I feel that my poor experience was a result of carelessness rather than volume of patients.
