Great gym. Good owners, coaches and members all around. Fun, fresh workouts with lots of variety but always challenging.

CrossFit Sherwood Park is awesome! I have never been able to push myself as hard at home or at a regular gym as I can at CrossFit. I love that the workouts are just programmed for me and I just show up and do what it is and get stronger. The community is really great and supportive and the coaches adjust the workouts to any fitness level. Don't be scared to try it regardless of where you are starting at.

Absolutely has changed my life for the better. The people, the coaching, the community are the most amazing people. If you want to increase your strength, meet great friends and do things you never thought possible this is the place for you. You can start anytime.

From day 1, Glenn and Shannon have been amazing. The atmosphere is very inviting, the people here are so great, and I am in better shape than ever. I lost the fat I wanted to lose and I gained muscle and confidence. Thanks guys!
