Lyndsay helped me lose over 60 pounds in 6 months. She knows when to push you to work harder and she does it in a kind and supportive way. She adapts the workouts to meet your daily needs and she genuinely cares about her clients’ overall health and well-being. Working out at Push has been an amazing experience and I would recommend Lyndsay to anyone who is interested in becoming more fit.

I have been attending PUSH Personal Training & Fitness with LYNDSAY and she is excellent! The program I take part in is FUNCTIONAL FITNESS and it is very good - for possibly dare I say the more mature attendee. I attend small group sessions, which I enjoy. The guided exercise program she sets up is easy to follow -- not saying it is easy to do. She takes into consideration what exercise/muscle groups we need to go through my DAILY life. I am 66 years old and I have taken many classes at a variety of gyms over the years and her program is a "natural" extension of my fitness journey. I was having an issue with carrying the laundry basket up the stairs alternating feet - nailed it; this is not a problem any more. I completed HOURS of Census taking and Enumeration counting this year some days I was OFTEN AT or near 20,000 steps - up and down steps at people's homes which I know I would not have been able to manage without the twice a week sessions at PUSH! Lyndsay is a an enthusiastic and encouraging personal trainer that has helped me keep up with my workout goals. Lyndsay is very knowledgeable about fitness and the human body. She has designed several custom programs for me and has taught me pacing and how to avoid injury to keep me working out. I would recommend Lyndsay!
