My daughter has been taking classes for 5 years and has had so many positive experiences. She is proud of the skills she has learnt and has made many friends. She loves her coaches (Chelsea!) who are so talented and dedicated.

Great health protocol in place to keep staff and children safe. My child loves the coach for the summer and is building wonderful skills daily. Would highly recommend for any budding athletes or ones looking for something engaging and competitive as well

I wish it was a positive experience... But unfortunately that was not the case. We enrolled my son into the prekindergarten class after being recommended to the facility by our pediatrician. The staff seems lovely during our walk through and they were very helpful and good with our son. Fast forward to 1 week before the program started (after the allowable cancellation date, of course) both the program director and the teacher had been terminated either fired or quit - I don't care which it was but it was kind of a bait and switch. We went for the orientation and were then put at ease because the new teacher seemed like she would be excellent for the children. Shortly after the program started, the new teacher was also terminated (even though they sent out an email explaining that she quit)- which was difficult to explain to my son, especially when the teacher was so excellent with him. Long story short we have then pulled our son out of the program. I than emailed to ask if we get some of our money back (since we paid for the first and last months upfront) and had not received a reply for about a month so I had to reach out again, and was notified that since with withdrew from the program we don't get any money back. So if you would like stability for your children this isn't getting a recommendation from me.

There doesn't appear to be a way to add comments to an earlier review so I am adding an additional one. Thank you for the transparency you provided in the response to my review as it was helpful and I appreciate it. Being open and honest with people when you can be, goes a long ways. Calling another reviewer fake was out of line as was getting nit picky about the name of the program. I hope you are able to resolve your staffing issues for the longer term as without those issues I think you offer a good program.
