I ordered a rocker recliner on sale. First person I talked to screwed up the order. Had to re-order 5 days later. Once it was ready for pick up, I found the service to be excellent. Had 2 young guys load it for me. Very happy with the product.
Horrible customer service in Canada Post office. Unwilling to offer assistance when there was a pickup issue. Refused to give me my package. I pick up packages regularly from other department stores and have never had this issue.
Good store always has stuff that other places in the area probably won’t have
