To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The staff who helped me out were wonderful and polite, but the overall lack of organization and photo quality have left a sour taste in my mouth. I placed my order online for photos, got a notification two days later saying they were ready for pickup. I showed up a few days later to pickup, I was left waiting around while staff seemed frazzled by phone calls and searching for missing orders. No biggie, I wasn't in a huge rush and so I quietly waited for them to finish the task at hand. I gave my name and order number, the gentleman pulls it out and already I was confused by the size of the envelope as I ordered about 125 prints and the envelope was rather slim. I opened it and sure enough, it wasn't my order. They then searched the computer, found the online receipt for the order and said to give about 10 minutes to have them re-printed and that the cost was waived due to the mix up. So I wandered around the store, returned to the photo lab 10 minutes later to see there was a lineup forming and waited again until someone could grab my order for me. I should have checked the photos over before I left as I was missing a few different prints which were to be sent out with Christmas cards today and the photos are significantly darker than the originals to the point that you can barely see the subject. I understand that with it being Christmas that things are busier than usual, but that's not an excuse for lack of organization.

Don’t use this photo centre. The first time I went, they printed my photos the wrong size. I didn’t realize until I got home. I let them know, and they offered to reprint. When I went to pick up the new version, they tried to charge me a second time. It took forever to make them understand that I was not lying twice for their mistake. The second time, I went to have photos scanned. The first clerk checked and confirmed the price with another associate. I stood for 25 minutes while she scanned. Then another clerk took her place, said the price was double what she confirmed. ??? I’ve been here 25 minutes and now the price is double? No apology, no offer to match the original agreed upon price. Left with nothing. Other photo centres are great- this one is 0/2 with me.

Very nice store and great people. One of the employees Tyler has great customer service and is a super nice guy. Had a really easy time talking with him :)

I threw all my makeup away the other day, and I needed a whole new stash and I was helped by a girl named Ritu in the cosmetics area. She completely took her time with me and even though I felt like I was bugging her, she reassured me that I wasn't. Super impressed with her patience and her kindness. Really recommend her if you need someone who is calm and patient. Thanks.

I can always count on London Drugs to stock special electronic items not found in BestBuy or Source. Staff at the South Common and London Centre are always friendly and helpful. They will even try to look into ordering hard to find items for you if not in stock.
