I’ve been shopping at this London Drugs for over 20 years. It’s my favorite place to find everything I need at reasonable prices. The customer service is alway fantastic! Very friendly and helpful and it’s 100% Canadian owned!

Terrible customer service. I purchased a PS4 controller from there on June 19th. I tried the controller at home and there was a manufacturing issue with the analog stick. I took the controller back just after 5 days of purchase (i didn't have the packaging it came in) and took it back physically into the store with the original receipt. The associate (I believe his name was Michael) there told me that there was nothing he could do as they didn't have anymore controllers in stock, otherwise he would to a straight exchange. He told me to check back with them when they get more controllers in stock. Since that day, I have been either coming physically into the store or calling them once a week to see if they had anymore in and each attempt was unsuccessful. On August 1, I called again and this time they told me that they had them in! The lady who answered the phone confirmed the date of purchase and the issue and told me to come in and they will exchange it. So I went back to the store to exchange and was told that THEY WILL NOT take it back because it is out of the 14 day exchange policy and that I didn't have the original package! The manager wasn't even willing to help with this situation at all even though they had originally told me that it would not be an issue! They told me to ship it back to Sony which cost me $30.99 in shipping fees! Had they told me to do that originally I would have done that and and probably had my controller by now. I suggest that you refrain purchasing electronics from London Drugs because their exchange policy is terrible and they cannot back up their claims. Extremely disappointed with them. Such a waste of time and money!

If I could NOT give any Stars I would. This London Drugs is the worst for Canada Post. London Drugs if you can’t hire someone to do Canada post professionally and courteously you shouldn’t have them doing it. The lady that was assisting me today was super unprofessional and rude especially during this holiday season here completely unacceptable if you ever have to get your package from here I feel bad for you.

After a failed delivery to my home in Red Deer my package was stranded here in Edmonton. I spoke with a lovely woman named Wendy and explained the predicament. Where Canada Post and the company I bought the product from were unable to help, Wendy went out of her way to post the package back to me herself. It's really lovely to have someone go above and beyond for no other reason than wanting to help you, thanks Wendy :)

I really love this London Drugs. A big shout out to the front checkout team and Karen in the photo department. I come here regularly for some household bits, groceries, and the odd home electronic. I often find some of their regular priced items are still lower cost than other stores sale prices, which is exceptionally competitive. Even sometimes better than Amazon. Karen in photo is amazing and super personable. I generally use the self checkout, but in the instances it’s not busy, the cashiers have been exceptionally courteous. A good attitude goes a long way. My fifth star would be awarded for slight improvements - some of the appliance merchandising and tagging can be cluttered. - some of the pegs in electronics have been empty for awhile (the Square card readers have seemingly been out of stock forever for example) - some of the general electronics/computer associates don’t seem to be engaged. Sometimes happy to help, other times just not enthusiastic to answer questions or make a recommendation Love London Drugs in Oliver!
