Langford Pharmasave

Pharmasave and Canada Post is out of alignment in their business hours. A employee giving medical advice at the front entrance to a customer in the parking lot at 7.10 pm. I try to enter thinking it’s still open. I am told due to Covid closing is 7 pm. So I drive there and waste a trip. This was disappointing.

This is the worst pharmacy I have seen. We asked them to give us prescribed painkiller for our little daughter, who was in severe pain and had just arrived from the children's hospital. We very much asked to do everything before the evening, as the Doctor said that the medicine should be taken before bedtime. The pharmacy promised us to do it. And no one called us back. We called the pharmacy at 7:15 pm and the answering machine said they were already closed, although they are open until 9 pm. But they are already closed !!! Do you think someone called us back the next day? NO! Think, they forwarded our prescription to another pharmacy? NO! They just forgot about us! If I could, I would revoke the license from the pharmacy, which is so irresponsible in relation to children who urgently need pain relievers. This is the worst service I have seen in pharmacies ever. UPDATE: Thank you, Owner, to resolve the issue. I really appreciate your efforts. I have changed the Rate.

Very good customer services, and Chris the pharmacy manager demonstrates a high level professional care and will go the extra mike for me. I sure appreciate their team.
