I would not recommend this company just because of their lack of customer service they are working on the other apartment beside mine in my complex and they left a trailer there with a hitch that was not flagged and I backed up at night and I hit it I asked them if they could help me out and he refused. I called And no one bothered to call me back I had to phone the company again just to get an answer to find out that they don’t think it’s their responsibility to actually put flags up or to put cones up. There was also some flashing overhanging the trailer right at a child’s height. When I politely asked one of their men to make sure and move it. He said he would. And did not. I had to approach the site super the next day and he took care of it not the roofing company. I will update this as I go through the trail of ICBC, 😞
