Canada Post

I live out by Kawkawa lake and a very nice postal worker by the name of Helen went above and beyond to help me locate a package I was expecting. She went as far as to make a phone call trying to help me and she really didn't have to. She is a star and example of what a friendly considerate and helpful person can be and I truly want her to know she is appreciated.

This is probably the worst post office I've ever been in. Do not expect any customer service beyond them throwing the book at you. Every time 'Ive had to go there I've been met poor customer service and unwillingness to perform their job. I wish we could vote them out and bring in UPS or something.

I ordered about four times now and all four times my package was deliver To wrong house.

got delivery notice at motel where I live said on back take id and go to post office to claim and was refused package in my name with id presented don,t use post office to send packages no worth the hassle update got barred from post office for trying to claim my property Canada post needs a reality check was told need manager to pick up owner went down and was refused parcel I am not proud of being Canadian 05/23 2017 they still can,t deliver package to address on package 7-318 old hope Princeton way aka mount hope motel such a hard one to find such a poor parcel delivery service update 2017/08/10 they still can,t delive parcel to address 7-318 old hope pinceton way say it business address and manager has to claim parcel they are paid to deliver to me lousy customer service and won,t get parcel again government has to get rid of Canada post it sucks
