After one bus driving right past and switching name plate to " not in service " as it went through the station, and one bus not showing up, I had been waiting 45 minutes for a bus that runs every 15 minutes. I decided to call TransLink to find out what was happening. There response was "well that shouldn't happen" . Amazing customer service as always.
