This place deserves a 10 star.... We have a very large mastiff (Harley)who isn't good with most people, but these staff here have been absolutely amazing with our old boy. They also really care about the overall well-being of the pet.. We drive an hour to see them..

Brought my dog here about 2 years ago after trying to get reasonably priced teeth cleaning for him in Edmonton. They told me about a plan that was 55$/month (approximately) for a year and included his cleaning and all shots updated and up to 4 vet visits a year and is charged to your credit card. Much easier to deal with that minimum 1100$ up front. The staff is friendly and the vets are pretty great. Worth the drive from Edmonton imho

Really thorough and caring here! My aging dog had several teeth extracted and the surgery was top notch, especially communication of all things relevant to surgery- printed take home instructions, meds clearly labelled, before and after photos, list of products to keep her teeth cleaner (although I would have liked this right at initial appointment), several calls during surgery day to keep me informed of progress, and verbal instructions on discharge. The follow up appointment is complimentary. Looking forward to a healthier pet!
