Dr. Nick and all of the staff here are wonderful. They have helped us out in a pinch more than once, are very compassionate and kind, and leave you reassured that your pet is in capable hands. They are honest and don’t take advantage of the fact that you are desperate to help your pet. The staff here went out of their way to text me pictures and updates on my cat when he needed surgery - twice. Their location is clean and quiet, easy to find/access and has a decent amount of parking. I would confidently recommend Glenora Family Pet clinic to anyone needing any type of care for their pet.

Always have been friendly and caring with my girl. Vets are wonderful here, as is the rest of the staff. Also honest and not out just to make the dollar as some seem to be. The place is always clean. We have had them for our family Vet for the past few years and just can't see us going any place else. One of my favorite people there has taken some time off. I hope you come back soon Shavon (spelling?) Tia and I miss you.

I found the annual exam far more thorough than we have had at other clinics - to be exact, a back tooth was found to need extraction. We were able to book an appointment quickly for the procedure. The tech staff took the time to fully explain what would happen during the operation and completely answered all of my questions. I felt entirely at ease for our cat to have the procedure. After his successful operation the techs, once again, carefully explained his home care for coming days and sent me home with a printed copy of the same. And, the vet who performed the procedure called us the next day to see how our cat was doing! A great, caring, competent and professional clinic!

This has to be the BEST pet clinic in the city. I’ve been bringing our pets here for years now and I’m constantly being amazed by their sensitivity, knowledge, and professionalism. Not sure how to explain this but if you value common sense you need to visit this clinic. There are so many small things they do that make a big difference.

This is the first experience I've had as a pet owner and working with a veterinary clinic. Dr Nick and his staff are amazing! They are very responsive, always willing to have a conversation and they genuinely care about you and your pet. I highly recommend them!
