This place is really fun for both MMA and BJJ. The staff and students are really nice and welcoming. I haven't been able to attend in a while because of my shin splints but I will be back! I recommend training here.
This is a fantastic place to learn martial arts at any level. The instructors are professional and friendly, and the classes are both informative and enjoyable. Master Blake has been a great influence on me for the years that I've spent at the place, effectively teaching me mixed martial arts, values, and how to lead a healthy workout lifestyle.

great school! i love going here and training in kickboxing with great instructors that push me to do my best and have been pushing me for many years now and many years to come! master blake has made a big impact on my kickboxing and training lifestyle and i hope to start jiu jitsu very soon!
Our sons had such a blast here! This is gotta be one of the best places where we hosted their birthday parties so far. We had 26 kids in total at the party and everyone had a lot of fun. Sensei Dean and his friendly assistant were both funny, entertaining and professional. The older kids were so engaged in the 40-min martial arts session at the beginning. To our surprise, the fun didn't stop there. They prepared for a number of activities that the children at all ages were constantly entertained. All we needed to do is to bring the food and party supplies. They even helped us to decorate the place. Truly a great experience for both the adults and the kids!
