Great gym. The owners care and make sure that covid19 safe protocols are followed and are in place. Times must be reserved so you know how many other people will be there when you are. Reasonable pricing and overall great experience in contrast to other gyms I've been to.

All in all an awesome little gym. Lot's of good equipment, especially for powerlifting and conditioning. Its usually pretty quiet so it feels like you have your own gym. Joe is a really good guy and genuinely cares for his gym and members. He will go out of his way to help you out any way he can. The gym is clean and organised, and all the members respect each other and the equipment.

Locally owned great space with even better customer service. Quaint cafe connected for some pre and post workout eats.

The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. I feel so comfortable working out at this gym and their cute little coffee shop also serves amazing coffee. Highly recommend this gym if you are looking for something a bit different than what the big corporates have to offer.
