I want to start off by saying I could not write a more honest review than the one I am about to write. I've been going to the gym and doing all sorts of workouts for a long time, but never have I felt more inspired, motivated and held accountable in my entire life. Not only does Sal, Shawna and Daniel (I have only had the pleasure of training with them so I apologize for not mentioning any other trainers that I have left out, I have heard amazing things about them as well!), show the highest level of professionalism and skill, but the care for everyone individually and as a family is above and beyond, you won't find another experience elsewhere. Having an invigorating and such a challenging atmosphere to better myself every single day has not only made my physical health that much better, but every aspect of my life! If I had to put experience with Clinch in a few words, it would be love, respect and family. It only let me choose 5 stars, but if I could give more I would with no hesitation! There is no doubt I will be a life time family member at Clinch, lets keep the ball rolling and I can't wait to see what's next!

If you are thinking of getting back to training/exercising I would highly recommended Clinch. When I walked in I felt welcomed and everyone is very friendly. I just started a month ago and I already can telI the coach is very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to learning from coach and grow with determination, grit, and perseverance. Thank you for welcoming me.

I called today to see how much your classes are You charge $125 a month for two classes a week... what a rip off lol I get you guys have too make money but that's ridiculous. I've trained at Uriah Faber's gym a pro UFC fighters gym in Sacramento and he charges $140 a month all access for the whole gym weights and all and unlimited classes.. these local mma gyms are outrageously expensive not sure how people who are wanting too go pro could afford this..

Unlike any other martial gyms this is one that I highly recommend, Coach Sal is a major attribute to my training, without him I would have no reason to be training at Clinch MMA. Very mellow chilled environment respectful, towards students. A place where you feel comfortable to train , no judgement friendly members.

If you guys are looking for a good local gym in the city Clinch MMA is the spot I have known Coach Sal and Coach Shawna and the rest of the team for a a very long time, always welcoming me back and they are truly the best to work with. It is like family once you step through those doors! Highly recommend you check them out in Port Coquitlam. Worth the drive and absolutely love training with all of them!
