I went in wanting to ask for a locksmith to come to my place to change my lock, the guy at the desk showed me how easy it is to take the lock apart and bring it in, which would save me $80! He also gave me advise on how to troubleshoot when I install the lock back on the door. Price for rekey and extra copies were very reasonable. Most of all I appreciated his friendly attitude and professional advice. Thank you!

I broke my keys off in the lock to my house front door and tried to fix it myself ultimately destroying the lock . They re keyed the lock and tried to fix it . After returning home and figuring out that it just wouldn't work they replaced the lock to fit the old one free of charge. This is a good business and will definitely go back to them .

We were having trouble with larger retailers (Canadian Tire in particular) because their staff had no experience with safes. We decided to try out a small, local place called Executive Lock & Safe. The staff at Executive Lock & Safe were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They knew exactly what we were looking for and we left happily with a new safe.
