Love this location. They usually are pretty quick and efficient, and have no problem with me as a small business customer, unlike some locations. Way more reliable than the one in Shoppers' nearby. Sometimes staff can be a little surly, especially during the holidays, but I don't blame them one bit.
To the people leaving one star reviews for the post office not providing tape? NO Canada Posts provide tape. None. You are supposed to pack your parcel before coming to the post office. It's not that hard. If they gave tape to everyone they would spend big bucks on tape every day.
I run an online business and the ladies at this location has been super helpful with my questions. They also always weigh my packages for me before I send them off so I don't get charged extra when there's a weight discrepancy on the prepaid shipping labels.
Not sure why people are giving 1-star reviews regarding them not providing tape. All Canada Post locations always sold packing materials and expect you to pack your own parcels. Bring your own packing supplies of you don't want to pay for it.
They works toooooo slow, always huge lines! They all must be fired, this is not a service.

Rude staff,
I was there to return a package and I had the package but I needed a tape and the lady told me that we are a shipping company not taping company. Tape your package and get back, the way she talk is unprofessional and disrespectful.
She can simply say we sell a tape without complaining about her life at the post office.
