I came to pick up my parcel today . I’ve waiting for getting service for 15 mins due to staff problem. He’ve taking job extremely slow!!! I was very frustrated. The guy name is Michael . He finished only one person while other lady took care of 5 customers. Unbelievably he is so slow!!!! I don’t know why he is there.
