The older lady at the front with the tattoo on her arm has horrible customer service. You are dealing with Customers, no reason to get snotty with them. Do ur job , in a respectful manner , and if you hate your job, QUIT. Don't take it out on others . Just disrespectful !

This place does not practice proper social distancing or disease prevention tactics. Avoid at all costs. I set up mail forwarding online and had to go in to verify my identity. Lady who works at the front desk leans in super close when processing requests and had me take out my identity card and put them on their dirty counter rather than let me read out the id number. Finally at the end, they still make you sign with their contaminated communal stylus. This is in contrast to other carriers like UPS who have eliminated this unnecessary non-value add step which promotes spreading of germs.

I had no issue so they are good

We have had good service at this location for our business needs.

Very clueless staff members, long waits.
