I was putting off getting moss removal and general roof maintenance done for awhile. I called a few businesses and nearly gave up after getting no answers from other businesses when I gave Proper Roofing a call. The owner answered promptly, showed up to give an estimate quickly and had the job finished a few days later when the weather cleared up. The owner was polite, respectful and professional. Their rates are very reasonable and the results were top notch. It's like I have a brand new roof and my skylights are crystal clear. I would absolutely recommend this company to others.

Our roof and gutters needed a major clean up after several years of neglected care. Proper Roofing Ltd cleaned the roof and gutters a week ago. I was so happy with Mohsen who was very efficient, pleasant and professional. He completed all aspects of the work in great style. He vacuumed and flushed all of the gutters. The roof was manually wire brushed, scrubbed and blown. I should also mention that he took photos of the roof and gutters (before and after) and emailed them to me so I would have a record of the work that was completed. I will definitely use Proper Roofing Ltd again and would highly recommend their services.

Mohsen of Proper Roofing Ltd rectified our gutter. Not only did he do a thorough job, he gave us photographs of all he did, both before and after. He also identified areas for preventive maintenance. For example he found overhanging branches from a tree that was responsible for the moss on one part of our roof. He cleared the branches. He was honest and reasonable. We recommend his service to anyone who needs a reliable assessment of their roof or gutters,
