I had a small leak after the recent rain storm. Tristan was able to send his crew the next day. Aaron arrived promptly at the time that was promised. He was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Tristan was up front about the potential cost and was true to his quote. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to others.

I called Up&Up Roofing regarding a potential roof leak at my house. Tristan came at promised time. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After careful inspection, he provided a written report outlining his observations and recommendations. All these put my mind as home owner at ease. I will be using his service in the future and highly recommend Up&Up Roofing to anyone I know.

I needed a new roof and a good friend of mine who is a contractor/handyman recommended Up & Up roofing to me based on his past experience. I am really happy with Tristan and his crew. I had them replace my roof and fascia board, they completed the job quickly and were very professional. I never felt like Tristan was trying to up-sell me on anything, he was very honest about the differences between all my shingle options. Tristan also recommended a gutter company to replace my gutters and soffits, that companies quote was extremely competitive and they did a great job as well. I've been renovating my house slowly over the past 5 years and Tristan has been the most stand-out contractor I've had so far. I would recommend Up & Up to anyone looking for a new roof. It's too bad I'll only get to deal with them every 25-30 years.

I feel very grateful to the help from Up and Up roofing company for my new roof. Back 10 years ago, unfortunately, I did use a wrong roofing company, they recommended me a problem shingle which make my roof got rain water damage shortly after 10 years. I got 25 years warranty for my shingle. Made a call to that company,they would not take any responsibility. Made a call to Up and Up roofing company , talked to Tristan. He respond my call right away and came to my house to cover up the roof leaking area. I do not have to worry about rain from that time on. Rainy season is coming in Vancouver, I decided to hire Up and Up roofing company for my new roof due to : their price is reasonable, always respond my call and take care all my concerns and needs . Their staffs are very polite. As a matter of fact, my wife and I are very satisfied and impress about the finish of my new roof work. I will highly recommend Up and Up roofing company to anybody for their roof needs. No doubt, they are a A+ BBB company.

We hired Up & Up Roofing Ltd. to restore our cedar roof. Our roof was no easy task and the estimate was slightly off. The Roofing Specialist Tristan was upfront, honest, and delivered what he said he would. The workmanship and products were outstanding and no clutter of debris was left behind. We found his workers to be professional, and worked later than expected one day because they knew there was a possibility of rain the next day. We would without hesitation recommend and use again Up & Up Roofing Ltd. due to their quality work, but also for their ethics. It is not enough to deliver a quality product in our book; we must trust that you will honor an agreement. You can have faith that Up & Up Roofing Ltd. will do just that.
