Very nice easy trail with some mild slopes. Beware that trials are disconnected at a few spots, would exit onto road and walk across traffic. There was one connection that I had trouble finding as there was no sign and the entrance was small and easy to miss, but it is really quaint once you enter. See pictures of road you exit and small connection you enter close by on the same side. Have fun!
This trail is fantastic as it winds down from the swamp to Belcarra Park. Well maintained, easy on the legs and a great way to get some exercise walking, running or biking. Watch out for newts as they also seem to like the shaded walkway canopy.
It's a nice hike with nice view points and places to sit along the shore.
