A Gem at the end of the hike

This is nice trail. Easy to walk through..There are some steep elevations, rock and tree areas along with stairs to climb. Comparatively easy and takes about two hours round trip. Having a stick or walking poles are must to keep your balance. Beach at the end of trail is worth it. Real inlet sea water. Enjoy the sea water smell..

Awesome experience on a small hike of 5.5 km. Beautiful and wide paths through the woods. Some elevation at the beginning and toward the latter half of the hike. Not too difficult for the average child or adult. Need to be careful in a few narrow and rocky places to avoid slipping or falling down. Rewarded by a small but lovely strip of sandy beach front and the views of Jug Island along with the blue water of Indian Arm. All in all a good experience on a sunny day.

Beautiful quiet area, unless there are fools on boats zipping by, to have a rewarding picnic from the mild/moderate hike. Indian Arm (the inlet going North) is really nice. You could go swimming here but don't expect soft sand beaches or super warm water without seaweed. Just nature. Hopefully won't be full of people that deliberately forget to wear deodorant. Enjoy!
