Quarry Rock

I will never do this “hike” again. Is was so packed full of tourists and people “hiking” it takes maybe under an hour to get to the top, but because there are so many people on the trail it’s the equivalent to being in a mall. I saw a woman doing the trail carrying a Prada bag and someone else wearing Keds just to give you an idea of the types of people doing this particular trail. If you absolutely must do this hike I suggest doing it on a week day and as early in the morning as possible to beat the masses. The view at the top is nice, but not spectacular.

Looked online and it said the trail was closed but came down to check it out for myself. It's CLOSED till further notice. Always nice to still come for a walk around and grab a bite. They closed the road off with patio style eating so it's very quiet. Nice vibe. Date today September 16, 2020.

Beautiful landscape. Steep trail but short, and it's worthy, the view in incredible.

Unfortunately Quarry Rock was closed this time around... However, we did enjoy walking around deep cove with our puppy and explored the beaches and parks in the area. The houses are beautiful and the vibes remind me of Australia. Check out the shops and restaurants if you get a chance!

Quite nice. Actually went looking for mushrooms. Found lots along the trail
