Beautiful

Nice and clear water! Swimming in the lake after a long time, was a unique experience for me personally. Had a feeling of swimming in a standard pool but with a feeling of being in touch with the beautiful nature of British Columbia. very beautiful place to have a picnic and just hang out with friends. the beach is huge, so perfect for social distance if needed. we went on the trail to go around the beach, took us around an hour 30mins. nice walk for beginners, not many incline or descent. the view is spectacular and we went on the long floating bridge, perfect for taking pictures and enjoying the nature

Amazing place to visit. The shorter trail is just 3.2k and very easy. Place has a food place open from 11-6 with vegetarian options right by the second beach.

It's so peaceful here. Saw people fishing and crabbing. Lots of open space for picnic. Be careful when you're following directions to the park on G maps, it seems to lead you off to a local traffic area with no exit. Make sure you follow the signs leading to the park.
