Beautiful lake in Belcarra, with trails for all ages.

Wonderful place for an easy hike. Very popular place in the summer. Take advantage of the off-season. Lake is also stocked for recreational fishing.

Water is awesome and relaxing. Great place for swimming and paddle boarding, also nice and peaceful place for an easy walk. Not so many people during the week days but busy at weekends.

One of the best and most unique beach visits in the lower mainland, and probably the best lake beach nearby. Great trails that loop it, and the beach is always nice apart from the pesky geese that roam around. There's also a fun and safe rock people enjoy jumping off of, and a convenience store selling (overpriced) food. There are picnic benches, changing rooms, and lots of space to bring inflatable rafts or small boats, and portable grills. The main downside is that it's generally quite crowded most nice days, and a little bit tricky to access.
