I came to this practice after my old chiro retired. I have had numerous chiropractors through my 20's. They helped me deal with some uncomfortable lower back pain from a landscaping job. They use the actuator technique here which I had never tried. I found it was easier on my spine than heavy manual adjustments. Not to say they don't use manual techniques. But I was pleasantly surprised by this style. After about a month of treatment I am back to my old self. Also their massage therapists are great I have had treatment from 2/3 of them and was super happy. I have noticed a massive improvement in my posture and reduction in pain when I wake up in the morning.

From being greeted by the ladies at the front desk to being adjusted by the doctor everyone is so pleasant and positive. Dr. Todd has been a huge resource on my path to determining the source of what seems like life-long pain in my lower back and shoulders. I am hard on my body, and Dr. Todd has gotten me to a place where I don't wake up in excruciating pain on a daily basis any more, and if I have days where I am struggling, they are quick to get me in a fixed up to get on with my day. It an amazing practice; they're flexible with their appointment times, and very understanding when life happens. They go above and beyond in providing a clean and safe environment, and provide ice packs, or foam rollers when they're needed at no charge. The Static Graph analysis they do on site is amazing, and gives you a detailed view of where the stress points are on your spine, and use that to tailor your treatment plan. They offer direct billing, massage therapy and acupuncture on site as well; Its a one stop shop and all of the practitioners work together for the best possible treatment for each individual.

Such an amazing experince with Dr Todd. He is such a talented chiropractor. Shoutout as well to Vicki who did my massage and to the front desk staff who are so accomodating. I was really glad that I can bring my lil one during my appointments since my dayhome is full!

After searching on Google for a chiropractor in Cochrane, I was surprised to discover there were many to choose from. After reading the reviews for West Valley Chiropractic, I was convinced this was the one for me. I suffered a lower back injury and wanted it to be gone as fast as possible. Dr. Todd explained the process and after a few weeks I feel much better again. The entire staff is just wonderful, friendly and positive, the clinic modern, spotless and light.
