I’ve been coming here for couple years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Love all the ladies who work there. Such a great place right here in our community. I use pretty much all services and always leave feeling amazing. Highly recommend checking out the services they provide. They have changed my life in so many positive ways and continue to support me on this journey I’m on :)

If you can get a midwife from here get one! Chelsea was absolutely amazing!! She was so reassuring and made my c-section experience a breeze. Gillian from chiro is also amazing for your little ones. Highly recommend! ❤️

Shifra is a lovely Wellness Centre. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sawyer is a very knowledgeable and skilled Chiropractor. Loved the appointment, and environment!

The midwives at this clinic took amazing care if me during my pregnancy! As a midwife in the clinic myself, I have had the opportunity to see use the chiro and massage services well. They were amazing! The clinic space beautiful!
