I love Cornerstone! I have been doing yoga at Cornerstone for almost 6 months and have loved every class I’ve been to. As someone who gets easily bored, I never thought I would stick with yoga as long as I have but with so many types of classes offered and lots of special promotions/workshops there is always something new. Every instructor I’ve met is helpful and knowledgeable and they really make the classes fun and dynamic! It’s also been great to get to know other people through classes and taking advantage of the half price brunch on Saturdays. Cornerstone is a great community of people, I wish I had started sooner!

This studio is so welcoming, challenging and my happy place when life gets crazy. Each and every teacher is passionate and caring and very good at connecting to everyone on their Mats. Whether a beginner or an experienced yogi you have found a great place to practice at Cornerstone!

I have tried a few yoga studios over the years but Cornerstone is by far my favourite! The teachers are all so great and supportive and the studio certainly seems to attract a fun and friendly crowd. I love that there are always lots of different types of classes to choose from to suit what I am feeling up for on any particular day.

Wonderful community welcoming all levels of yoga. Instructors are always encouraging growth and presenting new challenges. Very innovative ideas and events, including becoming a lulemon distributor!!! Love having an unlimited pass here! Have been attending classes as an experienced yogi while pregnant with excellent guidance.
