I've noticed the attitudes, but realized (looking at these reviews) that it's just the person's everyday behavior. However, when you're nice to them, show decency and use manners, you'll find a total turn around in their demeanor. This entire town has a superiority complex, and I think they take the brunt of it. I'd be disenfranchised too, dealing with demanding and rude people...

Very rude older woman at the desk. Only go if completely necessary. Had a bunch of DVDs to ship out, one international. She messes up and overcharges then gets pissy when she had to do all of them over again. Highly recommend the 101 Ave. location for a far better service.

like the soup nazzi the older woman with short hair and glasses has a bitter attitude, also a very sinical mature cashier with black long hair and glasses has the same attitude avoid if possible

Very rude woman there. Very poor customer service. Try to avoid this office.
