Constantly delivering our mail to the wrong mail box. Thankfully we have honest neighbour's who bring us our mail. When you call the phone number you are unable to get ahold of anyone. Completely incompetent.

During pandemic, after few weeks go by, this lady completely yells at me to get out, and wouldn’t allow myself to get my mail, although I nicely explained that I was isolated in the dorm room, along with her getting mad she made a big scene, we hadn’t received mail for weeks and she just wouldn’t allow myself and other dorm students grab the mail. She legit wasn’t professional and should be fired

Too cold for delivery come one. Your employees sit in a vehicle and only have to be outside for under 10 min at a time.
