I was a little apprehensive about this gym when I first started here a year ago. It really is a great place and I can usually get in a good workout most days. I am fortunate enough to be able to get here on off peak times though.

I really like what they've done with the gym since undergoing recent renovations. The various staff have always been friendly from the moment I walk in the door and are part of the reason I've stayed here as a long term member. World Gym is now very spacious with plenty of protocols in place that minimize health risks while still allowing you to get a good workout in. Make sure you bring a pair of indoor shoes.
Excellent mix of well-maintained cardio machines, resistance training equipment and free weights. Although the memberships billing plans are a bit convoluted, when averaged out on a monthly basis they are cheaper than a lot of other comparable options in Kelowna.
Only improvement I would like to see is a stretching area with exercise mats.

World gym Kelowna is very good. Staff really friendly. Equipment is very good. This location is doing an outstanding job with the whole coronavirus situation. Lots of sanitizer and paper towel available. I would recommend this location.
