TWP has it figured out. One membership (at a VERY reasonable rate), full access to the gym facility and also to excellent group fitness classes. The trainers are all fantastic - I have never sweat so much in my life as I do in their classes. The atmosphere is welcoming, bright, and friendly. TWP has none of the typical intimidating vibes of a 'regular' gym. I've never been able to be a consistent gym-goer in the past, but I am now, and it's definitely thanks in part to the facility and programs that TWP offers.

BEST GYM EVER! TWP checks off all the boxes. You are greeted with smiling faces who genuinely care about you and your fitness journey. Plus it’s locally owned and operated! Can’t get much better than that! Whether you enjoy classes or prefer to do your own thing, the gym is set up for all levels of fitness. The staff is trained and ready to give you pointers at any time! If you are debating about joining, don’t, just do it! You won’t regret it! 10/10 would recommend 💛

I absolutely love this facility! I don't think of it as a gym. For me it's an extension on my community. I love going to see the familiar faces as much as I love to go break a sweat. The staff are so friendly and kind. There is a large selection of equipment and group classes. For me the added bonus is that daycare is included in the membership so I can bring my 3 yr old with me.

I have been going to TWP for years and love everything about it! It is a very welcoming, family owned facility! The environment, staff and instructors make you feel so comfortable! They have a wide variety of amazing classes and programs to choose from! They also do a lot around the community to help support other small businesses and do a lot of charity work as well☺

Love love love this place! I can't say enough good things about the ladies here, they are so wonderful and always make me smile. They are especially amazing with moms and totally get how important a workout is for us - their childminding program is the BEST and they are so understanding and supportive. I'm so grateful to be a part of such a wonderful space
