This place is unbelievable!! The training and the workouts are second to none!!! I would train here everyday if i could afford it x absolutely brilliant gym!
I have been a member at One LIfe for over 6 years and I would simply not want to train anywhere else. Highly knowledgeable and professional staff complement the top notch equipment. The environment is always positive and motivating. Sean always has time for advice and to answer questions. I have weight trained my entire adult life and it's the best place I've ever been hands down. Training in a place you love is an important part of having fitness stay in your life.
