Awesome team here. Atmosphere is A1. Nice equipment. If you need a personal trainer, check this place out. If your unsure of whom to talk to, ask for Chris. Seriously, you won't be disappointed. You can also check out their website for more info.

At 42, I noticed my speed and mobility were taking a hit. I had heard from some buddies (that were kicking my ass on the field) Okanagan Peak Performance was a different type of facility that could help me get my body performing better again. Three Months at OPP and I can't say enough about Chris and his staff. I went in with no back ground in working out and the strength and mobility I have gained is clearly measurable. My back pain has clearly been reduced. They are always watching over me and coaching me. The classes are great and the semi-private sessions help me work on specific areas Chris found that I needed the most help. If you want to get back to a younger body, give them a call. It is worth every penny.

Chris, Doug, Graeme, and Amanda are all incredibly skilled trainers. When the come together as the coaches of Okanagan Peak Performance they are unbeatable. You'd be hard pressed to find a team more dedicated to your success in reaching your fitness goals whether you are an elite level athlete to a novice. They are invaluable resources when you have questions about anything from training techniques to recovering from injuries. Okanagan Peak Performance provides a very welcoming environment and is a place you really want and NEED to be.

OPP took the time to understand what my goals were and encouraged and supported me in achieving them. The group class atmosphere is friendly, positive and motivating. The coaches, led by Chris Collins, excel at teaching proper movement and technique. They helped me complete my first 1/2 marathon and sprint triathlon! I am very satisfied with my experience at OPP and am amazed at the gains I've made in my health and performance, all while remaining injury free! Thanks OPP!

My experience at Okanagan Peak Performance was incredible! After a thorough movement screen, Doug created a program that exactly hit my weak areas. Being a physiotherapist, it was always easy to create programs for my clients but so difficult to create a program for myself. I learned some new exercises and progressions through my new routine. I am now out running and feeling stronger than ever. Thank you, Doug!
