I've been a member at Pacific Top Team for about 3 months now. I could not be happier with the environment at the facility. Always helpful and they do a lot to make sure you feel comfortable and supported. I've met many really inspiring women training here. I would highly recommend it!

My boyfriend and I did a drop-in class when we were in town visiting from Toronto and the whole PTT team were super amazing and helpful. Jorden our instructor made me feel so comfortable (as it was my first ever jiu jitsu class!) and I felt like I learned a couple good moves (aka the flower sweep!). We had a lot of fun and we are really happy we came out. Next time we visit Kelowna, we'll do it again. Added bonus: the change-rooms and facilities were super clean and beautiful.
