Just come !!! These guys are great . They make you feel welcome and the programming is excellent. I have been doing Crossfit for 9 years and recently moved and was looking for a new box . I’m so beyond happy I found this gem . They are knowledgeable and professional and everything is so clean and organized. Can’t say enough good things .
I am obsessed with Crossfit FYP. Renee and David are incredible coaches with top notch programing. The gym is spacious and always clean. The community and culture they have built is extremley welcoming and absolutely phenomenal! I highly recommend checking out their facility, you won't regret it.

If you are looking for CrossFit in Kelowna, go to this gym! Renee and David are outstanding coaches with top notch programming. They are both knowledgeable, supportive and very welcoming. The gym is beautiful and clean with great equipment. And their community is amazing. I highly recommend this CrossFit box.
This place has incredible coaches, knowledgeable, a clean facility that’s open and inviting. If you are looking to have a killer workout this is the place!
