The first time I got to know SurroundZ, was by them accidentally commencing work on my house (wrong house), and damaging some of my gutters during that work. To compensate for the inconvenience of damaging my gutters, they gave me a real good price to install new gutters. I appreciated the offer and accepted it. They did a good job installing it, very quick actually.
At they end they were professional and tried to fix their mistake and that's what I appreciated. However, it would be better not to have had such an accident happen in the first place.
Still is a good company with good intentions for its customers.
The quote we received was detailed and professional. We were pleased with the price. We were given a date for completion and the company made sure that they met that time commitment even though they had a problem with one truck they immediately contacted another crew and had them dispatched to come and do our job on the day we requested. The team was very helpful and polite. We are very satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to recommend them.
SurroundZ, replaced my Eavestroughs and did a great job and cleaned up after they finished. What impressed me was how promptly they responded to my call and provided a quote that was competitive. This process was very professional and I have already recommended Surround Z to my friends.
Initially I had some unfortunate scheduling issues, but Jason was very professional and caring towards the situation. The techs were very knowledgeable and got the work done efficiently. I am very impressed with this company.
Highly recommend! Very professional and Keith does an excellent job! Prices were extremely reasonable. We were going to get white gutters but Jamie recommended grey, really happy we listened to him as they look great.
